A new business in the City of Chamblee is required to have a current Occupational Tax Certificate in order to conduct business within city limits, which must also be renewed annually.

The “federal work authorization user identification number” (also known as the “E-Verify Company ID number”) is assigned to businesses when they enroll in E-Verify, and is between 4-6 digits with no letters.
