Posted on: June 7, 2017[ARCHIVED] The Chamblee Summer Concert Series Is on a Roll
The Summer Concert Series returned to Chamblee on May 6th as we welcomed The Mike Veal Band! A packed house rocked the first Saturday concert in downtown Chamblee during which we will also celebrated the Chamblee Charter High School Centennial.
Next up is Band X and The Georgia Shine Band, and we’ll conclude with one of the state’s largest firework displays! Other activities include trackless train rides, bounce houses, a cornhole tournament and a dunk tank to raise funds for the Cop-n-Stuff non-profit organization. Why compete with the Atlanta traffic when you can see a phenomenal fireworks display right here in Chamblee?
The 2017 Chamblee Summer Concert Series concludes with our biggest show yet! On August 4th, we will welcome a band whose name is synonymous with Alternative Rock- Everclear! Everclear has been entertaining audiences for more than 20 years with hits including, “Father of Mine,” “Wonderful” and Santa Monica” just to name a few. You’re going to want to arrive early or purchase a VIP Table for this show so you can have a great view of what promises to be a performance to remember!
