[ARCHIVED] KESWICK PARK BEAUTIFICATION AND CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT

KCB.bmp

Our volunteers will be leading the effort to beautify Keswick Park and the Nature Preserve! We’ll be cleaning the litter in the forest, removing ivy from trees, pruning, cleaning the monument, planting shrubs, repairing the wooden benches, adding playground mulch, and even repainting the playground locomotive! When we are done, not only will Keswick Park be an even cleaner, greener, and more beautiful park for our city but we will be hosting a cornhole tournament after the work session!

The cornhole tournament will consist of teams of two and spaces are limited, so sign up today! No team entry fees for volunteers and members of KCB! (Note: non-volunteers and non-KCB members participating in ONLY the cornhole tournament are encouraged – but not obligated - to donate to KCB. Be happy to know that the donations received will help fundraise future beautification projects around Chamblee.)

Refreshments, tools, and materials will be provided. Parking is available within the Park and next to the Tennis Courts.

For further details or to sign-up in advance for either the clean-up and/or the cornhole tournament, please email andrew.galucki@gmail.com
