Rep It Up Fitness

Join instructor Rachel Kline for high intensity interval training (HIIT) starting in September every Tuesday and Thursday. This program is proven to burn calories long after your workout is finished. Our small- group approach will give you the personalization and camaraderie to succeed in reaching your health and fitness goals. All fitness levels are welcome, as the workouts can be tailored to empower even the most novice exerciser. Choose between attending one day or both Tuesday and Thursday!

Cost:                           $60/month for 1 day OR $100/month for both days
